I look at food as FUEL for your body. I don't believe in diets, they have expiration dates. I like to focus on a lifestyle that will last forever. Just like a car runs on gas we use food to get us going. When you are driving a Maserati you want to feed your tank with the highest and best fuel for performance, don't you want the same thing for your body. Having a healthy relationship with food is important. I think you should eat when you are hungry, and you can generally eat as much as you want as long as you are eating the right stuff. You only get one body and want to treat it well to help maintain its value.
