Fitness to me is not just about training at the gym, but about over all health and wellness. When you’re fit you feel better, have more energy and are over all a happier individual. I believe in the fundamentals: form and working the muscles from the inside out. I also love to mix in new exercises to keep my body from reaching a plateau.

I have created a HIIT workout, all you need is a set of weights and you can do this pretty much anywhere.
11 Exercises, do each exercise for 1 minute with out stopping.
5 minutes break between each round.
Repeat for 3 rounds.
This is 33 minutes of active work.
