Yesterday was one of those days... You wake up bright eyed, pack your gym gear and head to work ready to take on the day. After work and all the other BS you dealt with, you are so burnt out. Physically and mentally, burnt out! Oh and did I mention its raining. The last thing you feel like doing is heading to the gym to bust your ass a little more.
So what do you do? GO TO THE GYM OBVIOUSLY!
It IS the best thing you can possible do for yourself on a day like this. I promise that the days you feel like working out the least are the days that you need it the most.
Yesterday, this was my day in a nutshell. Finishing my workout was most certainly my UPSIDE.
I am not only obsessed with this brand because of their fashionable activewear, but because the name to me is just so POSITIVE.
Their current campaign is “BE YOU” because each and everyone of you is amazing and special “just the way you are.” It is great to be reminded to accept, and love yourself!
When I hear the word UPSIDE - I think it means to look at all the good stuff. No matter what situation you are in, or how bad your day may seem there is always and I mean it always something to feel good about. So look for the positive and be thankful for each day.
If you need a few ideas to get the brain juices flowing here is what I took from my class on Tuesday night.
Write a list of what you have plenty of.
When someone asks, how are you? Don't say "I'm so busy" Change your self and outward talk to how great things are, and all the good stuff that happened in your day.
Look for the UPSIDE and shop the brand because it's just awesome;)
