So how do you eat them? I love making puddings or putting them in my smoothies for a delicious breakfast or afternoon snack. Soaking chia seeds in coconut and or almond milk allows them to develop a gelatin coat, which some nutritionist say helps them digest faster and increase their nutritional value. I think it just make them yummy!
I soak the seeds the night before in the the fridge. They make a quick and easy breakfast. For some flavor you can add a little vanilla or honey, anything natural really, add some fruits and nuts on top and you are ready to go.
